I did disclose it on my application. This was from 22 years ago and was dismissed before going to court. The state has everything they need, just slow as hell!!!!

I submitted my disposition paperwork and received verification that it was received on 1/29/17. My status is still pending. When I call and ask about it, I keep getting told that they 180 days to approve or deny my application. I call bull! It's pretty obvious the state doesn't have a clue what they are doing nor do they have a "process" in place. How can someone who submitted documentation almost 3 months later get their approval before someone that submtted 3 months ago. Grrrrrrr, so frustrating!
