Re: GUN BROKER
how do I pick a FFL? Is there a way to look up a FFL history? I don't want just any tom, dick, or harry that I will never be able to contact.
Are there any FFL card in the Wichita falls area on the site or can recommend one?

Re: GUN BROKER
So it is basically like eBay? I usually check the feed back there before buying also.
I have noticed on most an FFL is required. With I don't have. Is that the case with all?

Re: GUN BROKER
I can't find it on there website any more. It was on there this time last year when I firstjb2012 wrote:just for reference, if the lawman is discontinued (I truly don't think it is) we have several left where I work. That is one of STI's flagship pistols, so I can't imagine it being discontinued. I would believe you if you said hard to find though.
Started looking at them.

Re: GUN BROKER
Thanks is for all the replies. I am not so nervous about gunbroker now.
As far as the gun shop telling me such horror stories maybe be the case here to get me to buy there. Specially since they are closing this weekend. I only went in there to register for a free gun.

GUN BROKER
any one use it with any success? any horror stories? any better places to look?
some time around the end of the month I am going to be in the market for a 1911. either a KIMBER Super Carry HD or a STI Lawman. preferably the latter. Both guns are discontinued as far as I can tell. I have seen a couple each on gun broker but no experience with them. gun store owner told me to stay away from there. its a scam he said. friends rack up the bids.
