Re: The Gun As An Equalizer

Beg your pardon ....

There is a third way humans deal with one and another.

Re: Way overdue range report on my Sig P229 .40 reverse two tone

Longhorn, congratulations on your sickness. Buying a Sig really doesn't put you on the road to recovery, it just feeds the sickness. Oh well, a man has to do what a man has to! We're all just a bunch of sick Sig puppies aren't we? I've made a point of purchasing all my Sigs in Nitron Black, DA/SA, n...

Re: Way overdue range report on my Sig P229 .40 reverse two tone

My 229 now is always in the 357sig configuration which is my preferred CC and SD choice. The 239 is also 357sig and will actually fit rather well in my Mtac too. Well enough that I don't need a second holster. The 220 is my latest purchase in .45 which serves my base roots as I learned to shoot on a...

Re: Way overdue range report on my Sig P229 .40 reverse two tone

Great report and congratulations on your new Sig. I purchased my first Sig back in August a 229 /.40 also. I added a .357sig barrel and a MTAC holster too and I just love this rig. I've since caught a bit of the Sig disease and have lately added a 220, a 239, a 232 and a Sig 556 carbine. I'm constan...

Re: Seecamp Issues/Questions

The above posters covered your issues very well. You might boogy over to the Seecamp Forum if you haven't already as there is a wealth of information. For what it's worth, It's picky on ammo, it does have a kick, it's small in the hand, it's not a range / target gun, but the function it was designed...

Re: Surplus Rifles in DFW

I had much the same experience the one time I visited last year. They posted an ad special on firing line for a police trade in Sig for $299. which is a great price. Since I live in the area I went by the store on the day the ad appeared looked over the few they had and decided to buy one. I confirm...

Well ..... wait just a minute. If he is (and probably is) a private hire after hours I don't think you are required to show your CHL. At that point he is a private citizen hired to control a door for age violations. It would seem to me you are within your rights to remain concealed. One of the grey ...

Hi guys, new guy here. Been shooting .45's for more than 32 years and change cal. this morning at the FWGS. Don't fret, I've done a lot of research before I decided. Got there when they opened, checked out many tables, narrowed my search, tried to make a couple of deals and finally nailed it. A Sig ...
