I fail to see the point in asking for a copy of the CHL. People that carry under the MPA don't have anything to present. How does the employer plan to identify those individuals?
If the employer is going to ask one to identify then they should ask all to identify. Nothing in the law prohibits this conduct, but I fail to see the point
