I believe he has a high conscience, for a politician, but he opened the door that Obama walked right through. Bush at least cared for our national security and was not a complete globalist.
There is a saying that says, "What one generation allows in moderation, the next will take to excess." The main difference between the two is Bush cared for his country with an eye to the constitution, Obama seems bent on the destruction of both.
