The laws could stay the same for concealed carry and just a simple "gunbusters" sign could be used to ban open carry in an establishment. Makes concealed carriers happy because most places will not post a proper 30.06 sign and open carriers would finally be allowed to open carry in Texas even if we would be stopped by "gunbuster" signs.

The only, and I mean only concern I have about allowing open carry is that concealed carry remain an option.
