here's my story begin:

License to carry a handgun proficiency course certificate of training (LTC100): 12/14/2017
Retrieve supporting documents to DPS/LTC & Upload: 12/17/2017
Fingerprint: 12/20/2017
Follow Up (by Chance): 01/04/2018

Result: very high appreciation to DPS/LTC/TX "PRINT PENDING"
Next Move: to apply for Legal Protection Program any advise?
