Re: Brookshires grocery stores

You gotta love when someone in HR just makes up legal statutes  Edit to add: I suppose if someone DOESN'T have an LTC, then the sign does not apply? Since the sign clearly only indicates persons so licensed. Would have been great to say: "In conformance with store policy and pursuant to Te...

You ca only make a career out of it if you are speaking what the USAID and foreign money want you to say. Otherwise you'll not make a dime. :tiphat:

Re: ATF & FBI

Just throwing a prediction out there.... Trump is going to fold the ATF's responsibilities and personnel into the FBI. That's my guess. Hopefully / probably strip it of all of its powers and the bull laws on the books as well. Its a good step, but what we really need is a NFA and Hughes overturn. Th...

Here is the video posted earlier, but I link it to immediately before the discharge.

In the holster. Hasn't been removed or reholstered. Nothing in the holster. Discharges from bumping the door when exiting.

Re: Unlicensed possession on these premises... Sign

I'm slightly surprised that TABC isn't making alcohol sellers take down those signs. In the context of TABC, I'm fairly certain they were obviated by Constitutional Carry law (opinion!). TABC has publicly addressed this, and stated that all blue signs are to come down. It just hasn't been followed ...

Me too if it means federalized voter id standards that certify citizenship.

Re: Today in Trump's 2nd term as President

Interesting tidbit, States with no voter ID requirements went to the Dems. States with voter ID requirements went to the Republicans. We already have federally expanded "Real ID". IE ID that requires proof of citizenship and birthplace. I see absolutely NO problem with expanding voting la...

Re: Texas State Fair Carry Rules

Yeah, the East Texas State Fair in Tyler is a LOT smaller than the State Fair in Dallas. It would definitely be cool if they had a manufacturer auto show here, but I doubt it will ever happen. I think there might be confusion about what you are and are thinking. I'm talking about a manufacturers au...

Re: Texas State Fair Carry Rules

I'll add, I do not plan on going to the Fair in the foreseeable future. There was probably a 20 year span I didn't go to the Fair. I only go for the auto show and food. Yall should message the East Texas State Fair and let them know that an auto show would greatly increase your interest.... :cheers...
