Looks like i messed up. The tx dps certification form doesnt have my instructors NRA # just his tx instructor # so now i have to wait for them to mail it back and resend it with a NRA instructor # i just cant win... hopefully since i sent my dispositions to TX dps ill get my texas ltc soon.

If you can, contact the instructor and ask him to give you another one with his NRA # on it and mail it in. You don't have to wait for that one to come back before you can respond.

I emailef AZ and they told me id have to wait for the application to be mailed back. Any advice how to mail it in with the NRA number? Should i write a letter explaining?

If they told you you'd have to wait I don't know.

Got the nra# and just snail mailed the updated certification a few minutes ago. Hopefully it works out or ill have to wait till they mail it back

No where on the Arizona's application does it ask for it like the tx one.

Go to link below and select obtain a permit tab, that will tell you what you need. I just received my license about 2 months ago. I would send the paperwork anyway just to be on the safe side. I don't think a disorderly conduct is a disqualifier in Arizona.

What was the turnaround time? I just got everything in order to mail out. Just waiting on one disposition from nj i cant find anything saying i need them
