Well I am aware now from reading this thread but lets assume I did not and went to Foleys to buy a shirt. I pause and check the doors for any 30.06 signs and see none. So I proceed inside and buy my shirt. What have I done wrong at that point? If that was my first visit to that mall I do not see how they could prove I had knowledge of other posted doors.

Now of course I would not want to press the issue since I have read this thread but lets assume it is a new CHL carrier that went to Foleys and checked for the signs, did not see any posted, and proceeded inside.

Just wondering. Have you checked the entrance from the department store into the mall area? The department store may not have a 30.06 sign posted but it may be located at the entrance from the department store into the mall.

Meaning you might be able to carry into the department store as long as you do not go into the Mall area?
