Re: Ruger LCP availability?
After 100+ rounds today of Win WB, Cor-Bon Powerball, and Federal Personal Defense all without a FTF or FTE, I can say my new Ruger LCP is now my BUG. I have confidence in this little piece where I did not with the KT 3AT. It is certainly not a range gun, but one you carry all the time, but shoot only occasionally. I purposefully limp-wristed it a few times and did not have a malfunction. When cleaning, you don't have to worry about parts falling off it like the KT.

Re: Ruger LCP availability?
Got mine today at the gun show in Port Arthur...$280 to replace the KT 3AT I have been carrying as my BUG for more than a year.
First impressions while doing a minor F&B this afternoon were that the overall quality of the Ruger is MUCH higher than KT... much tighter, fewer tool marks, smoother cycling of action, but a tad higher trigger pull. More to report after I get this puppy to the range next week.
Nothing wrong with KT 3AT, but it took MAJOR F&B to obtain reliability as BUG... don't need one that makes you worry about FTE & FTF problem.
