:txflag: I had been meaning to get a LTC for years. Finally decided to. I had did the application online and completed the fingerprints prior to the proficiency test. I uploaded and emailed ltc 100 form and got a confirmation email within 2 days. Its been about 2 weeks and this is what I keep seeing...
