Re: Would you shoot?
The use of deadly force would not be warranted in this situation unless there was a firearm or knife or some other blunt instrument. Pepper spray would be the best use of necessary physical force to stop the assault.

Re: HB 121 - Requires oral notice for 30.06 and 30.07

Reloading Brass Substitute Safe?
Howdy Everyone. I'm considering getting into reloading and have been doing quite a bit of research on the topic. One thing I can't seem to find an answer to is substituting brass. For example if a 9mm reloading recipe calls for Winchester 9mm brass but all I have is Starline 9mm brass is it safe to ...

Re: New ATF Form 1 Help
I highly recommend you go through Silencer Shop for your Form 1. I used their Form 1 service and it was so easy. If you live in the Austin area there main store/office is here. It's a one stop shop and believe me it makes the process so much easier than doing it yourself. https://www.silencershop.co...

Academy Stores Out of Stock on PMAG's
So I've noticed something over the past few days during my travels to various Academy stores in the Austin area. Every store I went to was out of stock on PMAG's. Every store! Did some new legislation get introduced and people started grabbing PMAG's or are they just not selling them in store anymor...

He is certainly showing his true colors. Says he is a gun owner but wants to ban "assault weapons" and "bump stocks". Such a hypocrite.

I live in Austin and have been to both Red's locations. I would imagine this has not been good press for them. Hopefully a lesson learned for their staff.

Reloading in an Apartment
So I'm considering getting into reloading ammo but I live in apartment. Is there anything I need to know before getting started. Particularly in regards to storage of smokeless powder and primers. Are their special storage requirements? Are their state laws regarding this? I live in Austin so their ...
