If you report the location to the TABC they will be sure the store gets in compliance with their signs.

Funny sign in a liquor store
Saw this sign at a liquor store earlier this week.

Now, I know the law (or, at least I think I do) - without a 51% on-premise consumption sign (which would be inappropriate for a liquor store), or a 30.06, CCW in a liquor store is perfectly legal in Texas.
Does this sign preceed the CCW laws? If not, assume it does not apply to CCW holders?
I believe this was the first time I'd seen this sign anywhere, so sort of did a doubletake when I read it closer.
