Maybe you can get them to change the question itself. It is still bias.

"Should people be restricted from carrying guns at the State Fair, even with a concealed handgun license?"

People without CHL's should NOT be carrying guns.

The question should read. "Should people with concealed handgun licenses be restricted from carrying guns at the State Fair?"
