While I agree with Jim that the wording is not spot on, I chose not to enter armed. Kinda like your kiddo driving a friend's car when they're grounded from their own. "But you said I was grounded from my car!" Haha

I forgot to get a picture of the sign at the GT hospital, but I know it was too small and not in Spanish. Today my mother was transferred to the Round Rock hospital (still graciously accepting those prayers) and I managed to get a photo of what I am SURE is a legitimate 30.06 posting.

Georgetown Hosptial 30.06?

I disarmed this morning upon entering the Georgetown Hospital System. I looked at the sign on the door, did not think it looked 100% legitimate, but decided I did not want any trouble as my main concern was getting inside to see my mother (see Prayer Requests & Updates page). I don't have access to my camera cord right now, but when I get home, I will add a picture of the sign to this thread. Just wondering if there is one and only one form of the 30.06 notice or if there are stipulations, etc. I can't remember right this moment, but it said something to the tune of "Pursuant to Texas Penal Code 30.06, no weapons are allowed on the premises... (something, something, something)... even if carried with a concealed weapons license."

Thoughts?
