Re: ammo on sale
I actually found .45 at walmart @ N Tarrant and Beach today.
100 round WWB for 32.97.
First time I have seen .45 on selves whether target or defense rounds.
They also had some Remington JHPs and Winchester bonded JHPs

Re: 4" XD .45
My 4" XD .45 has not let me down yet. I have fed it all kinds of ammo and it shoots straight and has yet to have a problem. If you want to use it as a carry gun that will do well, I am a small frame guy and conceal the XD great in the right holster. Just for kicks and grins you can take a look ...

Re: Minotaur vs. Crossbreed
I chose the MTAC over the crossbreed for one main reason. The Crossbreed's kydex does not fully cover the barrel of the gun and I heard of 1 instance that the barrel was rubbing a spot in their jeans wearing it out. Again I have heard this from one person, and could be an isolated incident but it do...

Re: pepper spray
Fox labs hurts. I agree, for over an hour! Bought some for me and the wife, I got really drunk the night before my wedding and me and my brother decided to "test" it "rlol" I will NEVER EVER do that again. But I am happy that I know how it sprays and what the BG will feel like.

Re: Uniden Corp HQ's
One off of Amon Carter Blvd in Fort Worth, Had to go by there today to pick up some scanners I had repaired. On the south entrance where you have to go to pick up has a gunbuster sign stating "Carrying concealed handguns is prohibited on these premises" Soooo, where it on your hip?...

Re: Leaving CCW in car
I got one of these from Cabelas, and it goes under my front seat, anchored by the cable to the seat mount. It will hold a full sized 1911. I've also fit both a USP Compact .40 and a 642 Airweight in it at the same time. It was a tight fit, but it worked. x2, its cheaper then the others and works ju...

Re: Handcuffs?
If you end up hitting someone and they do take off running or what not, chances are he will show up to a hospital. Hospitals are pretty good about calling the PD if someone comes in by POV.
