As of 7 o'clock this morning 5/14 status all green "mailed" just waiting on the plastic to arrive now!

2/28 application received
3/9 website updated to "background under review"
5/9 "print pending"
5/14 "mailed"
Now we wait on the mailman

Called and they said they had everything just keep waiting
No Felonies ever. 1 DUI arrest over 30 years ago (listed on the application).
This is bordering on the ridiculous if some people are getting their plastic in
as little as 14 days. Whats could the holdup possibly be?

Just got off the phone with them basically told me the same, still under review so it can take up to 180 days even though they said they had everything they needed, just wait and "thanks for my patience". What a joke...I think I might send off for a Virginia non resident license just for fun..

May 8th, almost there. My friend even got his Virginia out of state licence before me...lol this is ridiculous.

I thought I was 50 says in, but after contacting DPS I was told my time started on March 8th not on Feb 28 like the email said so 43 days in and counting. The lady told me its due to be completed by May 8th. So....back to waiting..

Day 36 still no change...stuck on background review while everybody (5 people) I know that took the course in march has received their license already. I'm thinking I should've went with them when they took their course.

My buddy took his class on the 18th of this month (last monday) and his status was on background check yesterday and updated to print pending this morning!! 10 DAYS so frustrating I've been on background review for a few weeks now. I give up!

Monster82, do you have a clear background?

I had a class b misdemeanor charge for a bad check from a closed bank account back in 2007 that was dismissed..so I guess I'll be waiting the full 8 weeks
