Kangaroo is good too. Will cover easily w/ the cut off shirt as stated in the 1st post. It has been my xeperience w/ them that the belly band w/ elastic around the gun too makes for an easier draw. Either way BB or Kang an under shirt would be a must for me even if both were cut off.
Picture in davidtx post is unworkable due to the untucked & cut off shirt.
Bottom line is there are a couple or 3 options for you that are way, Way, WAY better than the pager pal.
That thing is made to sell not carry. I have never seen anyone except the salesman that like it after a few carrys. He enjoys them all the way to the bank.

anyone heard or used this holster before? looks like it could be a good idea. im thinking a regular iwb holster will work if i tie my shorts tight... any ideas?
This is made to sell & does not work on the street.
I had one yrs ago. Saw another later at a gun show demoed. Longer I watched the more I was able to see the specal things done to make it work for the demo & not work on the street.
For what will work in your gym. first poster, extreemduty is right on. Belly band. If you wear your shirt cut off at the bottom then do like I do, wear the Belly Band high so your draw is like a shoulder holster. My tiny little chest above a 60yr old tummy holds mine up very well. If you have a Charles Atlas chest (Probably do) & a flat tummy then sew a couple of shoulder straps on it to hold it up.
Your cut off shirt will make a lift & draw pretty easy.
I can see standing over someone on a bench press while you spot them being a small issue. A little elastic will take care of that.
Keep it loose enough to lift w/o binding for your draw & you should do fine.
