I know this is an older topic, but it seemed silly to start another thread just to talk about my experience. I took my new Taurus PT24/7pro to the range a couple weeks ago and my buddy brought his new Ruger KP95. I brought along 1000 rnds of 9mm CCI Blazer aluminum ammo and 400 rounds of 9mm Monarch brass cased green box. My Taurus would FTE the Monarch every other round if it was able to eject the 1st one. The CCI fed like a champ. I tossed the rest of the Monarch to my buddy with the Ruger and it fed just fine.

It all depends on the gun.
