Ahhh....yes, the proverbial "ride"...with the "DA with an attitude" empaneling a Grand Jury to indict you for a non-existent crime. Well, you could get elected governor, then get indicted for vetoing a bill...it happens. it says it does apply to license holders, and it is wrong for non license holders since it says something is a felony that isn't.
