Ahhh....yes, the proverbial "ride"...with the "DA with an attitude" empaneling a Grand Jury to indict you for a non-existent crime. Well, you could get elected governor, then get indicted for vetoing a bill...it happens. My reaction to non-compliant signs to remain at home in the fetal position on my bed for fear of the crusading DA and county court judge...

it says it does apply to license holders, and it is wrong for non license holders since it says something is a felony that isn't.
