I saw Dan Bongino the radio host and former Secret Service agent signing autographs. Also, he's running for Congress in Florida. He ran once in MD, but I think it's too blue. Saw retired Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clark signing books. He is a TALL dude!

As far as I can see it's only during the Leadership Forum with the VP that carry will be prohibited. Not particularly surprising and it is within the Federal government's jurisdiction to control access during the VP visit.
