Kenosha Wisconsin Shooter discussion
There's probably an active thread on this but I could not find it. Just wondering what you all think about Kyle the 17 year old who shot three protesters in Kenosha Wisconsin. I watched the full video carefully and it appears to be self defense for the last 2 people he shot. The first person shot ea...

San Francisco Federal Court approves open carry in Hawaii
This is hilarious. I checked and didn't see this story posted here. The 9th district court of appeals based in San Francisco ruled that a plaintiff in Hawaii had his 2A rights violated when the state denied him permission to open carry. The irony of this story cracks me up. https://www.reuters.com/a...

Here's a more credible url, directly from the Social Security Administration web site. Their RFQ (request for quote) for the ammo. https://www.fbo.gov/index?s=opportunity&mode=form&id=6c39a2a9f00a10187a1432388a3301e5&tab=core&_cview=0&fb_source=message" onclick="window....

Re: Mass. Commission recommends stricter gun control
My favorite quote from the article is “The members, both pro and con, are ready for it,” DeLeo said. “I think this will be the year.”. This is typical liberal logic.

Wrong turn into Canada leads to arrest for gun
This makes me appreciate our freedoms in the U.S. Just think, this is what the liberals want in our country. Retired Army Sergeant Major Louis DiNatale was on his way to Vermont for vacation in his wife's car when he took a wrong turn, ended up on a bridge to Canada, and was charged for possession o...

Re: S&W and Ruger refuse to sell to California
I just read about this earlier today. Law enforcement guns are exempt from the requirement. The law went into effect in May of 2013. Here are some interesting points I found that make the law ridiculous: • Stamped casings can only be traced to the last registered owner, not necessarily to the person...

Re: NY begins gun confiscation
Don't think you're safe because you live outside of New York city. Remember when gay marriage was only in one state? As of November 2013, fourteen states (California, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont an...

Knockout gamer shot by CHL
This knockout game craze has really been making me angry. Finally one of the young punks received some swift justice at the hands of a CHL armed with a .40 cal. From the story... As Breitbart News previously reported, the "Knockout Game" thrives in areas where victims are unarmed. In the &...

Re: Interesting Read...
I think a key part of the case is that the perp was trying to abandon the encounter at the moment he was shot. He was running away and was shot once while climbing a fence, then two more shots while lying on the ground. When I read the use of deadly force statutes I can see why he was put on trial a...

Doctors asking if you own a gun
I just got this from my uncle in Louisiana. May or may not be an internet rumor, but worth thinking about. Do you have a gun in your House? When I had surgery and spent 10 days in the hospital for what should have been an overnight stay the insurance company kicked me out. I had home nurse visits fo...

Online CHL in an hour?
I am concerned about a growing trend of companies offering out of state CHL's that can be used by Texas residents to carry in Texas. I recently found an ad offering CHL licenses to Texas residents in 1 hour by watching a video online,no need to demonstrate ability to handle a firearm in public of to...

Baretta Nano Review
My friend brought over his new Baretta NANO 9mm yesterday so he could try it out. After we ran a few magazines through, I have to say I was not impressed. Even with the extended mag I could not get my pinky on the grip. Recoil was snappy compared to my Kahr CW9. We also experienced multiple FTE's wi...

Use driver's license photo?
The instructor said you can use your driver's license photo. The FAST application says a digital photo will be taken while there. Does FAST always take a digital photo? If we want to use the driver's license photo where do we say that?

I would hope not. If you don't need one to be president why would you need one to get a CHL?
JMRA, that was hilarious, funniest thing I ever read here.
