Re: Springfield EMP

I was able to put 100 rounds of Winchester (white box) through the EMP without a single failure. I also put a few Federal Hyrda-Shock through it as well. These two other ammo types have fired without a problem. However, I we use S&B as our "issue" ammo. I called Springfield and they sa...

I have to ask as I have not been able to find an EMP to handle first hand. How does it compare in size, particularly the grip/frame to an officer's or compact 1911 .45? I have been under the impression that Springfield had actually scaled down every aspect of the 1911 around 9mm and/or .40 cal ammu...

Springfield EMP

I agree

If it is within your legal right to have a pistol in your car then why wouldn't you answer the nice Officer's question  Maybe I'm spoiled by the fine law enforcement in my area (Williamson County Sherrif), but I can't imagine not telling an officer that I've got a gun in my car. I think it is...

Beautiful leatherwork!

I found this guy at the Fort Worth Gun show. He also does Market Hall. D. M. Bullard It is by far the finest hand crafted leather holsters I've worn. I have now bought 4 holsters from him, and I just ordered a belt and a tuckable holster. His lead time for custom work is about 2 weeks. I'd suggest ...

Done Processing

I delivered my completed application by hand on 8/22/07. I received a PIN on a letter dated 8/30/07. During the past few weeks, I've been checking the website daily--I thought it would never change from "processing application" I did a double-take today when it said "application compl...
