However, my better half will occasionally have a single drink with dinner, if she's really hurting (like yesterday after walking around the starboard half of Reliant Center Hall A). After that one drink, that relaxes her just enough to take the edge of the pain, she won't drive, but we haven't discussed disarming as yet.
Obviously, she wouldn't have the drink if I weren't with her ('cause who would drive her home). Since my CHL arrived in last Friday's mail, I can handle the designated shooter (thanks for that word picture, llw
