This was my choice. The Kel-Tec, when I carry it, is in a Galco paddle holster, about 3:30, grip to the rear. The CZ rides in the same location and orientation, in a Comp-Tac CTAC IWB holster, unless I choose to use a belt slide (still between 3:00 and 3:30, though). While the "Cavalry Draw" looked cool on TV in the fifties (mostly Rin-Tin-Tin), it's not comfortable for the wrist, or for the fact that your muzzle is covering your leg for the first part of the draw stroke.
