There are lots of legitimate and legal reasons to decline an offer. Declining based on a protected class is not one of them.

I think this thread should have been named "People with the wrong values Immigrating To Texas". I was one of those Yankies from rural Indiana. I've lived here 35 years now. I've never had a problem adjusting to the Texas way of life. Texas actually fits me better than where I came from.
:iagree: Same here- Just change mine to 32 years. I love Texas- but didn't have a choice in where I was born... so realize that not all Yankees are libtards, just as all Texans are not perfect- I live close enough to Austin to see this regularly.


I don't think those people and companies willing to invest large sums of money right now, to get out of those other places, are the types that are going to try to turn TX into NY... think of the cost to relocate.
