A change in position or cant can usually solve comfort issues. I can move my holster as little as 1/4" either direction and it makes a huge difference in comfort. Same thing with cant- a few degrees either way can be a tremendous help or hindrance. Also, the belt should support the gun WITHOUT being cinched up super tight. That's what a good belt does. A little break in usually required for optimum comfort.

As for sweat- that's an issue for many people. If you can't find an undershirt/holster that does the trick, get in the habit of cleaning often. If it's a gun you plan to keep long term- send it to Robar or similar and get it treated inside and out. It will not only protect it, but increase life, reduce wear and make cleaning much easier.
