It says list offenses of class "X" (and I don't recall which class) or greater, I believe.

As stated, on #1. list what you know, (charge, disposition, class) and include the letter. This is common and if you include the letter- they can pursue if they want more info and choose to investigate (and they probably wont)


#2 and #3 - I wouldn't list.
