Ummm... How does a "courtesy sign" on a door carry any force of law if it does not meet 30.06 specs (which are VERY specific), and how can a 30.06 sign which can only be seen upon entering carry immediate force of law if the user could not reasonably fail to see the sign until AFTER they were already in violation? It's a notice to vacate, clearly, but the sign says you've broken the law upon reading it.I have confirmed that our interior sign is in full compliance with the posting regulations. In addition, we have placed a smaller courtesy sign on the front door so that patrons are informed of the policy prior to entering the store.
