Certainly if someone in uniform - or someone who presents me with credentials identifying himself as a sworn LEO, in uniform or out - asks me to leave, I will. But if some non-LEO initiates violence by "grabbing" you, THAT would be the assault; a physical response on your part would be self defense.Frost wrote:Assume they have the authority that the owner does and act accordingly.
