Well done. I carry a Large Thin Saddleback BC in Chestnut.SATX-Scrub wrote:Took some pics of my two carry Sigs, along with my o-so-floppy Saddleback Leather man-bag. The P938 is in a RGrizzle front pocket holster and the P220c is in a RGrizzle CitySlicker2. The grips on the P938 are from furnitureyourway and the P220 are custom from Ken @ Hogue Inc.

Re: Pictures Of Your Daily Carry
After years of carrying either a full size XD40 in a MTAC Minotaur hybrid IWB or a J Frame 642 in a pocket holster or OWB, I finally saw the light and have moved to a Ruger SR1911 CMD (Commander length) 1911. The lovely Mrs. Camjr "gave" it to me as a Christmas present this year. After running 100 rds of different hollowpoint ammo and 400 rds of different fmj ammo through it without a hiccup, it's now my EDC. I purchased another MTAC Minotaur hybrid IWB holster since I have been EXTREMELY pleased with the holster for my XD (I had to purchase an entirely new holster and not simply swap out the kydex shell because MTAC has changed the leather design in the 8 years since I purchased my original Minotaur).
The Ruger runs like a top, the fit and finish is outstanding, and it conceals beautifully. I should have begun tinkering with 1911's sooner than I did...

Re: Pictures Of Your Daily Carry
Now that you've got a Nemesis for it, check out a Mika. Outstanding holster for the 642. and LOTS of people swear by them. The Annoyed Man wrote:I've added a new one to my daily carry armory - a new 642 with a Desantis "Nemesis" pocket holster which I just bought this morning. Since I've started my business, I find myself increasingly in situations where wearing an untucked shirt isn't really appropriate so I needed a pocketable solution, and my 3" Kimber is a just a tad too large and heavy for that.
I also bought some Remington +P 125 grain Golden Sabers for it.
I carry 135+p Speer Gold Dot's for short barrel revolvers in mine. I find I'm carrying the 642 in the Mika more than anything else now, with a couple of Bianchi Speed Strips in the opposite pocket. I tried a speedloader, but find I like the strips better.
Cheers!

Re: Pictures Of Your Daily Carry
With the 500, you could stop your attacker, and the 7 people standing behind them
. The Taurus is a good choice though...

Nice job polishing that S&W. I saw that a little while ago on THR.
