Friends can be scary. A friend of mine got her CHL about a year before me. She told me one day that while in the left hand turn lane, a truck cut it too close and clipped her car. He knew he'd done it, and sped away. She said that she jumped out of her car, and pulled her gun, but she couldn't get a shot!!!
I tried talking to her about what a bad idea that was, but she never got it. We don't talk much anymore. I'm always afraid I'll hear about a bad shoot involving a CHLer and it'll be her. I hope you can talk with your friend and help him figure out when it's appropriate do draw. Maybe you can help him keep his CHL!
