Forgive me for posting the obvious, but we really need a way to prevent the mental ill from getting others types of weapons too. Like cars, sharpened sticks, gas cans and matches...

I think he (the maniac) was going for the Travis Bickle (Taxi Driver) look but the razor got away from him.
