That's consistent with some of the 20-minutes of wasted yeow-yeow in my August 7 renewal class. I'm most appreciative of being able to learn such here, but it would certainly be better if they would reinstate "instructor newsletters" - or at least use their web site to relay such changes to instructors on a timely basis. Maybe that's another one of the reasons that Marion does not answer the phone.

At our instructor renewal school last August, they basically said their computer was supposed to keep track of it all. If the letter you get from them 5 to 6 months before expiration does not appear to have things correct, I'd call 'em on one of the numbers provided.
