Any country that refuses to take back their citizens....strap a parachute on and drop them off over their home country.
If Federal Law Enforcement rounds up 2000 a day, it will take over 20 years to get rid of the 20+ million illegals of the Biden regime. Probably fastest method is to totally withdraw all government feebies from the illegals so they will start walking south.
