I was just in that office a couple of weeks ago. I don't recall seeing any signs posted about firearms, although I do remember one about cell phones. But I could have just plain missed it.

It does look like a LE Station and you can carry in ANY LE Station in the State of Texas as long as you remain in the public area. You have to disarm if you go inside past the normal public area of any LE Agency.

So how do you do that without breaking concealment? At that point, aren't you in violation of the law? It seems that prudence dictates that you disarm and secure the weapon before entering if there was any possibility that you would have to enter into a controlled "back" area.
