...and I'm trying to imagine which gunsmithing tool kit from Brownells has that driver tip... and does it come in multiple sizes... and why on earth didn't they just use the instead?chabouk wrote:Nope, white plastic is out. Re: Humor: Wow, everybody is getting into the 1911 market.
I was inspired by my PC days. Back when Windows 95 was first released and my work computer had an early copy of it installed, I marveled at the new GUI compared to Windows 3.11, but all the Mac snobs in the art department turned up their noses, sniffed, and pronounced that Windows 95 was just Mac 88 warmed over. Of course, I've been one of those insufferable Mac snobs for years now, and the warmest praise I've ever seen offered for Windows 7 is that it is nearly Mac-like in its user-friendliness.pbwalker wrote:Well done sir!The Annoyed Man wrote:I posted a reply.
So when I saw that thread, I thought of the Mac 10 SMG, and thought it would be humorous to state that the Mac i1911 was just a Mac 7+1. I don't know if anybody else got the joke.
