I would love to be able to carry that way. If you have a good deal of abdomen to work with, it likely will never be comfortable or practical. For guys (and gals!) that aren't carrying to much in the front of the ol' rectus abdominis--and are willing to try it--I think appendix carry should be given a shot...pardon the pun.
