Unless the company is renting the entire facility, it would be difficult to see how it could be argued that they were "in control" of the property. OTH, "concealed is concealed." Only you can decide if the risk is worth it, but there is no legal liability for getting found out. You could lose your job, but you won't get arrested for anything.Amenities Outside
