I’ve seen patients with pretty much that exact same injury, at least 4 or 5 times. Their stories to ER staff as to how it happened tend to border on the absurd.
But this guy shot himself with a Highpoint. Just sentence him to a year of walking the aisles of local gun shows with a sign saying “I shot myself in the ding-ding with a Highpoint”. One wonders if he was a member of a neighborhood youth benevolence association.
