Thanks Charles. I appreciate it. I’m generally suspicious of anything that issues forth from NAGR, but I wanted to be certain.Charles L. Cotton wrote: ↑Tue May 28, 2019 3:56 pm I don't know anything about him. I'll try to find out.

Troubling Trump nomination for ATF Director?
Charles, I’m hoping you can tell us the NRA's stance on the Trump nomination of Chuck Canterbury, Jr. as the next ATF director. I ran across this link (below), but it seems to be another mouthpiece for NAGR - a group in which I have little confidence. BUT.... if what the article says is true, than this appointment would be a disaster for gun owners. Can you shed some light on this please?

In his official capacity as President of the National Fraternal Order of Police, Canterbury has:
- *** Supported radical anti-gun Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor.
*** Supported former Attorney General Eric Holder -- Obama’s head honcho who ran the deadly Fast and Furious gun running program.
*** Supported expanding the federal government’s gun registration schemes.
