I think the processing staff is doing a great job. The volume of emails and telephone calls must keep 50% of the staff busy.. We should send flowers and candy every time a license is completed on time. The employees of the stated Texas are under payed and over worked. We must support these poor people. We must be calm and patience in light the working conditions.

My wife just recieved her license. We mailed same day but my was online and her class. .....She has her license and not me ...the important one....

P.S Her birthday is in July and my is Nov.
