I agree. Once I have paid for the items, they are personal property. Why aggitate me for their benefit. I generally comply but I do my best not to do business with them. Sometimes I have to. The issue should be taken up with the manager of the store not the door guy.

Back to the real issue and clarification. Because the sign is not as posted as described in the CHL handbook, it is invalid?
