Re: Another Page #3 Application Question
Check with the court before sending your application. It may save you a lot of headache. Case in point, a buddy of mine listed an arrest he had 24 years ago. The county that we was arrested in had destroyed the documentation after 10 years. His license was held up because he listed it without provid...

Re: Is there a comfortable way to carry?
I use a Comp-Tac Minotaur for both my 3" and 4" XDs. It was uncomfortable at first and took me awhile to get used to it. I wear it all day every day now. I also wear a Smart Carry for times that I can't wear the MTAC or have my P-3AT in my pocket. As everyone has stated, you are going to h...

Like others have said, the test is easy. Just remember to relax, breathe(!), and listen to the instructor.

Re: Guns don't kill people. Bullets do...LOL
How do you suggest changing it? If criminals can easily get bullets (legally, or if they make it illegal, illegally) then everyone should be able to defend themselves if said criminals bullets walk over and try to hurt them. Convicted felons should have " FELON " stamped in big red letter...

I think you'd be pushing you luck wearing something like that. As for the title of the thread, it's both.

I feel that the penalty for no drivers license should be raised to that of the CHL.

Re: printing
Don't worry about it. No one will notice. Last weekend I carried my full size 1911 to a carnival wearing shorts and a tee shirt. Had wind blowing my shirt around, and game prizes from the kid in my arms. I'm sure I was printing, but not even the sheriffs patrolling the grounds came up to me. :txflag:

Re: Six Flags Fiesta Texas
I know it has to be posted, but to me it would be like carrying in the unsecured portion of an airport. By law it's allowed, but if you just happen to pass by a bomb sniffing dog that locks on to you you're going to have a lot of explaining to do. It's just one of those situations where you have to ...

Re: Six Flags Fiesta Texas
It's classified as an amusement park, which by law you would not be able to carry there.
