To the OP: your ticket should have the officer's badge number...would be worth a call to the chief/supervisor, etc. Sounds like the jackwagon needs a refresher on the law, and how to deal with people. Like mentioned above, I carry my CHL in front of my DL in my wallet's outside window. :tiphat:
