Three of the requirements to obtain a CHL should be repealed; they are non-payment of 1) taxes/fees; 2) student loans; and 3) child support. The other requirements will never be repealed, but some improvements have been made on what is a disqualifying "conviction." More improvements could still me made, but the political reality is that it's very difficult.
