That's the danger in trying to give short, one-size-fits-all answers. It might be generally true. Heck, it might be true in the vast majority of cases, but it's not a universal truth and if we don't understand that fact it could get us killed. And no, I'm not advocating drawing on an already drawn gun - unless of course you have to!Regards,
