HB3218 is a major change in current law and many will view it as radical. Therefore, it will be an uphill battle and we will lose it unless we get overwhelming response to calls-to-action. The only way HB3218 passes is if Senators and House Members see massive support.H6RBW wrote:Thanks, Charles.
Particularly interesting to me are House Bills 3218 (doing away with alot of the off limits areas) and 2063 (allowing state attorneys, if I'm reading it right, to carry pretty much anywhere, concealed or openly). I would dearly love to be able to carry at the courthouse, but it has been many moons since I represented the State of Texas. What is your feeling about the prospects for these two bills?
