Friendswood: Lead & Allow for bullet casting

I'm revamping my garage and I need to sell about 600 to 800 pounds of casting metal. There are three 5 gal. buckets of range "lead" that needs smelting. (This will be a mixture of pure lead, copper jackets, and lead alloy.) The rest is in one pound ingots. Most of the ingots are wheel weights, but there are some that are pure lead or Lyman No. 2 alloy.

I also have about four 1# ingot molds (3-cavity) each, a heavy smelting ladle, a Dutch Oven for smelting and a 20# Lyman bottom-pour furnace.

Pure lead at RotoMetals is a shocking $4.73/lb. and alloy is $3.24/lb. Wheel weights are almost all zinc alloy now, so that source of metal is rapidly drying up.

I'll take $350 for everything FOB my garage. LOL! PM if you want it.

Chas.
